Street parking, especially in a city, is always a nightmare. There are never any open spaces, and the rules for when you can legally park are always in the fine print of a tiny sign three blocks away.

Sometimes, though, parking on the street can be inconvenient for unexpected reasons. Enter in, the farmer's market.

Twitter user @ayeeelyse was being a responsible adult after a night out drinking and decided not to drive home. She left her car parked on the street, but when she went to retrieve it the next morning, she was in for a big surprise.

Apparently the free-range festivities had wrapped themselves around the car as if it wasn't even there. According to a reply, she waited three hours at a brewery for the farmer's market to end before she could get her car off the streets.

Some wondered if the car had been put up for sale amongst the sacks of organic greens and gluten-free baked goods.

Others simply replied that the minor inconvenience of her car being accosted by the vegans was a small price to pay for the smart choice of not driving drunk.

Fortunately for her, she neither received a ticket nor had her car towed. It pays not to drink and drive, folks!
